Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By adding the RoSync bot to a Discord server or using the RoSync dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
RoSync links Roblox and Discord accounts and assigns Discord roles based on Roblox group ranks. All features are provided free of charge. Usage caps may apply (e.g. number of servers or groups); paid tiers only raise those caps and unlock no exclusive features.
3. Acceptable use
- You must comply with the Discord Terms and the Roblox Terms.
- Don't use RoSync to harass, deceive, or harm others, or to circumvent Discord/Roblox bans or safety systems.
- Don't abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service or its APIs.
- You're responsible for how you configure roles, bans, and automation in your servers.
4. Server administrators
If you configure RoSync for a server, you're responsible for that configuration and for informing your members that their linked Roblox/Discord identifiers are processed by RoSync.
5. Availability & changes
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoSync and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, roles, or access arising from use of the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. You may stop using RoSync at any time by removing the bot and deleting your server configuration from the dashboard.
